Terms of Service

What Slate is
Slate is a scheduling layer over Square. It gives a coach a booking page, reminders, and a who-owes overlay. Square is the system of record for bookings, calendars, and customer information.
Payments — Slate is not the processor
For cash / Venmo coaches, Slate does not process payments and never holds or moves money. When a coach marks a lesson “paid,” that is a record the coach keeps for themselves. Payment between a parent and a coach is solely their responsibility, on whatever terms they agree. Slate is not responsible for collecting, refunding, or resolving disputes about those payments.
Who may use Slate
